Granny-like Stars

Last year Sarah London posted a couple of pictures of some amazing granny stars on her website. She also offered the pattern for them but I wasn't keen on buying it so I improvised and tried to figure out how to hook some similar stars. This is the result:

I finally ended up crocheting a couple of those stars in different colours, joined them nicely and voilà:

Pin Cushions

I found some great pictures of pin cushions at ravelry while looking for new crochet patterns. Luckily, the pattern was for free. I had a look at it and started hooking right away. This is how my pin cushion turned out:

Sunflower Pop-Up Card

Crochet a Rainbow

At the beginning of the year, Sarah London started a charity project for the people affected by the floods in Australia. She started to collect granny squares to make blankets out of them. I bet she still has a whole lot of them to join as she got about a 1000 from all over the world. These are the granny squares I sent to her:

Amigurumi Ugly Bunny

A friend of mine is totally into ugly dolls. So when I found a crochet pattern for an amigurumi ugly bunny online I started hooking her one right away!

I also crafted a little box for it:

Small Doll Jacket

This project was not planned at all. One rainy evening while I was watching TV I suddenly felt like crocheting but didn't know what. I just started with some CH, added some DC and finally ended up crocheting a small jacket.

First, I made the sleeves...

...then a waistcoat...

...and then I sewed all parts together.

Unfortunately, I didn't write down any pattern while crocheting.
